Sumac-Spiced Cucumber & Avocado Salad

By Esther Lackie

A fresh avocado, cucumber and tomato salad with red onion, coriander, olive oil and sumac. The sumac brings a lovely tanginess, while the avocado adds a creamy texture. It takes just 10 minutes to prepare and makes a delicious accompaniment to chicken and mushroom skewers.

Lackie's Notes

I served mine with chicken and mushroom skewers. I love how the sumac gives the salad a tangy flavour while the avocado adds a lovely creaminess.
